Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns.

  • Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@forsakenharmony.com.


Conditions for Exchanges

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition.

  • Items must include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, we will offer store credit.


Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Change of mind

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Sale or final clearance items (unless defective)


How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@forsakenharmony.com with your order number and details of the item you want to exchange.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

  4. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will ship your replacement.


Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost packages.
